Dianne has been recognized for being innovative, practical, and results driven. Dianne led the research behind four commercially published assessments, including the Centre for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks for Executives, a 360-feedback tool specifically designed for executive leaders.

Jake is a global expert in the coachability space. Jake earned his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, where he specialized in the areas of coachability, coaching, and organizational culture. Through his innovative research, he is the first to establish the construct of “employee coachability” in management science literature. Jake has worked on NASA-funded grants in the high-performance team space and led coaching and coachability initiatives for Fortune 100 and 500 companies at Inteflex, Inc.

Marcia draws from a wealth of experience as a coach and executive, from college to professional levels of soccer and work as a management consultant. Among her career highlights, Marcia coached Carolina in the first professional league, leading her team to a WUSA championship. Later she served on the technical staff of the US Women’s National Team (USWNT) in two Olympic Games and at the 2011 World Cup. Marcia has also worked extensively in the business and leadership side of sports. Recently she earned an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation in Business and Professional Coaching.
