Far too often leaders get training on self-awareness but:

I believe leaders should get training on both.


When all said and done:

Leaders need MORE than self-awareness. 


Here is what they actually need:

1. Leaders need insight into their team’s health

2. Leaders need to know if they’re good at building teams or not

3. Leaders need to implement tools designed for teams not self-awareness.
