You’ll also learn how to set up and facilitate different team building activities and how to position, market, sell, price, and scale team solutions to clients.Post-workshop, we work together and create a tailored action plan. Coachability
Most people at leadership levels are coachable and that is why they are leaders. However, our aim is to leaders and employees elevate to highly coachable levels. Highly coachable individuals proactively seek feedback, coaching, and information needed for growth. They don't wait for development opportunities to come to them. They take responsibility for their own development and performance. They seek coaching and feedback from a variety of sources, not just the same individuals and are, open to insights from diverse individuals, not discounting the value based on the source. They are willing to consider feedback even if it initially disagrees with their views. They are open and receptive to feedback and coaching. They discern the message itself rather than focusing on who delivers it. They are open to considering feedback to discern its usefulness before acting on it. They avoid letting good advice sit unused; they apply it to drive their growth. Once they find feedback useful, they take action on it.

You will need a valid and reliable assessments measuring 3 insights with accuracy; Inside, Outside and Results. Your inside is about understanding your core traits like your values abilities habits derailers which develop over time and are hard to change. Factors like your education work experiences coachability work values preferences give insights into these traits we see a strong link in your inside traits and how you behave outwardly.
Your outside is how others see your behaviour is often measured by 360 degree feedback surveys interviews business simulations your outside behaviours are usually connected to your inside traits, (but not always)
Inside and outside approaches only look at the individual.

Team Assessment Survey©
The Team Assessment Survey© builds on from the Rocket Model. It provides leaders and teams TQ scores. Team Effectiveness Quotient or TQ is the average percentile score for all eight Rocket Model components. It helps teams compare themselves to others easily. Teams can analyse the percentile scores on page 3 of the the Team Assessment Survey© report to identify which Rocket Model components have the greatest impact on their overall scores.

When it comes to personality assessments. We choose Hogan Assessments. They make the distinction between ‘Brightside’, ‘Darkside’ and, ‘Values’. Your brightside personality traits improve your ability to take charge, drive change, manage stress, achieve goals, and get along with others. Your darkside personality traits may stop your ability to build relationships and create cohesive goal-oriented teams. Once you know your values, look at the bright side behaviours to see what strengths you have to achieve your goals, and look at the dark side to see what may be getting in your way of achieving your goals.
Leadership Versatility Index
The Leadership Versatility Index, or LVI, is a unique 360-degree feedback survey that goes beyond standard assessments. It compares self-perceptions to feedback from all stakeholders, offering a more powerful and impactful experience for managers with three distinct features. It has a new rating scale: “too little, the right amount, too much”
It turns complex leadership behaviour into a simple model of leadership, HOW you do it: Forceful vs. Enabling, WHAT you do: Strategic vs. Operational.It blends a combination of leadership styles to measure versatility.

Scaling Effective Teamwork (TQ)
It is going to take an incredibly long time to scale effective teamwork if you work with one team at a time, which is what the Tuckman, Lencioni, Tannenbaum, Hawkins, and Wageman approaches do. They do not describe how teams’ factor into talent management systems, competency models, selection, leadership development, executive on-boarding, succession planning, or high-potential programs.
