TQ
Team Effectiveness Quotient
We look TQ in 3 ways
Leader TQ
Refers to the leaders team building ability. We believe its an individual measure. So we include the Leaders TQ. The biggest barriers we see in scaling effective teamwork is how leaders rate themselves compared to how the team agrees with the rating.

Team TQ
This all about how well the team is operating and functioning effectively as a unit. Or the teams overall health. The Team TQ score is the same score as the Leaders TQ score.
Organisational TQ
This is where we start measuring TQ across the organisation. 80% of leaders believe they lead high performing teams. Only 20% of team members agree with them.
Teams must work on 3 areas
consistently to boost their TQ score:

Follow a proven roadmap built for your team. By getting you from your current state to your desired destination. You should avoid random activities without knowing if they fit together or add value.

Get feedback regularly to check your progress against the roadmap. You need to understand how your strengths and areas of improvement benchmark against other teams. You need benchmarking feedback. This requires using the Team Assessment Survey©

Implement proven methods that are made for teams. Continue to use tested strategies that work effectively to fix team performance issues. Teams fix teams by doing real work. It's best to address team issues early on to avoid team members leaving, separation and, producing little results.
